Fitness For You’s full and part-time personal training staff is here to fit your schedule, offering various options such as 1 on 1, 2 on 1, and group training sessions. Whether you’re just out of physical therapy, nurturing a past or present injury, or perhaps an intense athlete gearing up for that upcoming season; our personal training staff is ready FOR YOU! Fitness For You trainers have, and are presently working with a wide range of clients; from ones who have suffered severe, life-threatening injuries to sports specific - professional athletes.
Our Fitness For You personal training staff is under the direction of Donald T. Waldron, General Manager and Exercise Physiologist of Fitness For You health club. With over 25 years of experience, Donny has held a position in all aspects of the fitness industry; from aerobics instructor to fitness director and general manager. Donny holds several certifications in personal training from such national associations as the American College Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the National Association of Sports Medicine. Donny graduated with a BS in Exercise Physiology from the University of New Hampshire and holds a certificate of teaching in health education and a minor in athletic training and coaching.
