Fitness For You health club would like to introduce Charlene Morin as the gym’s group Exercise Director. With 20+ years of experience in the fitness industry (ACE, ASM, certified personal trainer, Bodypump, Bodystep, Resist-A-Ball), Charlene and her group exercise staff bring a wide variety of classes FOR YOU to get the benefits you desire. Whether you’re looking to tone, burn, shape, improve balance, or gain flexibility there is a class here at Fitness FOR YOU!

Encouraging instructors and motivating music will lead you on your journey to improved health and fitness. Your commitment to your workout will improve when you are a part of a group; and consistency is the key to improved health. Fitness For You gym offers safe and effective classes that are both welcoming to the beginner exerciser and challenging to the experienced! All group exercise instructors teach at a moderate intensity. Therefore, whether a beginner, intermediate or advanced our professionally trained instructors easily make adaptations each and every class FOR YOU!
Fitness For You provides a full – 7 days a week - group exercise class schedule, which is included in the Fitness For You Gym membership! The 1,100 square foot group exercise studio is located on the second floor of the health club. Constructed with Boflex hardwood floors, the spacious group exercise studio is complete with a layer of cushioning suspended from the base floor, providing all Fitness For You gym members with progressive resilience.
Fitness For You’s group exercise studio also has a separate dedicated air system and water fountain inside the studio to ensure a healthy environment. In addition, a “Kid Cam” was installed, which enables you to view what is happening in the supervised play area room for that extra peace of mind!

Our group exercise program includes classes from Les Millis International, which offer world-class programs. Fitness For You gym is proud to offer BODYPUMP and BODYSTEP as part of our group fitness schedule. Our group fitness schedule also includes classes in pilates, yoga, spinning, kickboxing, boxing, and combination classes that hit upon both cardiovascular exercise and muscle conditioning.
Fitness for You Gym is conveniently located from the Massachusetts towns of Andover, North Andover, Methuen, Haverhill, Middleton, Reading, North Reading, Wilmington, Wakefield, Tewksbury, Lawrence and the Boston North Shore as well as the southern New Hampshire towns of Salem, Plaistow and Atkinson.
