Cardio-Interval
CARDIO-INTERVAL: This workout combines aerobics on the floor as well as on the step AND maybe even on the spinning bikes. The combination of high and low impact moves are modifies to either increase intensity or reduce impact. Featured power moves are challenging yet easy to follow.
Circuit Training
CIRCUIT TRAINING: A little bit of everything in this class! Circuit intervals of strength training, cardiovascular exercise and sports conditioning will give you a back to basics type of workout.
Cardio, Core, & More
CARDIO, CORE, & MORE: Functional strength and flexibility and balance exercises are the focus of this class. Get your heart rate up with aerobics then add the ball for a little bit of fun. NEW TO THE 2009 SCHEDULE!
20/20/20
20/20/20: Three parts to this class to get a well rounded workout. Cardiovascular exercise, strength training and stretching are included.
Pilates
PILATES: Stretch, strengthen and tone as you are taken through a series of rhythmic exercises that all originate from your core. You’ll improve your posture and flexibility through this energizing class.
Spinning
SPINNING: The original group cycling class, which is just like riding a bike. You will be lead through a journey of hills, sprints and just plain open road. Come in for a ride…and remember to bring a water bottle. Add abdominal strengthening to your ride with SPIN/CORE.

This functional training class will focus on core strength, balance, and flexibility, with the use of the stability ball.
Absolute ABS
The name says it all. Taught by nationally certified personal trainer, Dean Tridenti, this 45 minute class will focus on all your abdominal muscles
Fitness For YouTH
A fun energizing fitness class for children ages 3-7. Children will participate in a variety of games using music, trampolines, tunnels, balls, parachutes, and so much more. Please see front desk for more info, the studio is reserved for this limited time only program.
Brazilian BUTT
