Fitness For You - Our Fitness Facility

Fitness For You gym offers an all-around comfortable atmosphere for members of all ages.  Our two level 10,500 square foot health club facility has top of the line Lifefitness and Cybex gym equipment. We provide a spacious fitness equipment layout with over 60 pieces of cardiovascular fitness equipment, 10,000 lbs. of weight training equipment and 45 group exercise classes offered 7 days a week at our health club facility.

Here at Fitness For You health club cleanliness is essential. Our staff focuses on servicing their members to the fullest. We have created a sterile environment as our entire fitness facility is cleaned and power washed on a regular basis. Free towel service, keyless mahogany lockers, private showers, saunas, and all amenities are provided in our executive locker rooms and included in your gym membership!

20 High Definition flat screen televisions are located throughout our health club facility to make your workout that much more enjoyable.  All you need is any universal headset to tune in to your favorite show or music station!

Fitness For You gym has many feel good services FOR YOU to take advantage of, including stand-up tanning booths.  Whether you need a “base” for that upcoming vacation or just a little extra vitamin D; we offer various packages for both members and non-members.

Also, stop by our health conscious juice bar on your way in or out, which offers a vast array of protein bars, shakes, energy drinks, and more! 

Fitness For You gym provides extensive hours, open 7 days a week and weekdays at 4 a.m.
