Babysitting and Child Care

At Fitness For You health club kids have fun too! Babysitting and child care are part of what we do for our members. The supervised play area is guided by trained and qualified specialists, ALL of which are CPR, Infant CPR, and defib certified.  The child play area room is equipped with TOYS, its own bathroom, a flat screen television, and much more.

Each and every member deserves the enjoyment of the ultimate Fitness For You health club experience.  At the same time, you need to know your children are safe.  Therefore, Fitness for You Gym created a “worry free” atmosphere.  The play area room located on the first floor of the gym was built with a 2-way mirror; which means, you can see your child but your child can’t see you!  In addition, the group exercise studio, located on the second floor of the fitness facility, has been equipped with a “kid cam”, enabling you to check out what’s happening in the play area at all times! 

So… Come on!  Let us entertain the kids while you enjoy a peaceful workout experience!

Monday – Thursday   
8:00 a.m. – 1 p.m.
4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Friday – Sunday
8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
